2023 Hike for Hunger benefiting the Round Rock Area Serving Center, Saturday, Oct. 28
The Round Rock Police Department will be teaming up with the U.S. Army to sponsor the 2023 Hike for Hunger benefiting the Round Rock Area Serving Center on Saturday, Oct. 28, at 9 a.m. Participants will walk two miles from the Sky Ridge Plaza (2000 S I-35) to the Round Rock Area Serving Center carrying bags filled with food.
The hike begins promptly at 9 a.m., so plan to arrive about 15-30 minutes early to fill your bag.
The Round Rock Area Serving Center serves low-income people and families in crisis situations through a food distribution program. Monetary donations and non-perishable food items will be collected during our Fill the Cop Car event on Saturday, Oct. 14, at H-E-B grocery stores throughout the City.
