Missing woman located
On September 20, 2023, missing 29-year-old Yara Perez was located and is cooperating with law enforcement.
On August 26, 2023, at approximately 11:50 p.m., Yara Perez was seen leaving Divas Men’s Club, 4134 Felter Ln, in Austin with two male subjects in a black Ford Expedition and had not been seen or heard from since.
On September 12, 2023, Perez’s babysitter reported her missing. Although Perez was known to be gone for a few days at a time, Perez’s babysitter was concerned about her welfare after not hearing from Perez since the night of her disappearance.
On September 20, 2023, Round Rock Detectives located the black Ford Expedition from the night Perez went missing. Detectives spoke to the driver of the vehicle, who said he took Perez and a male subject to 6th Street in Austin and dropped them off. The driver stated that was the last time he saw them.
Round Rock Detectives later confirmed Perez’s whereabouts after a family member reported Perez had contacted them. Detectives verified her identity and confirmed her location.
