At a press conference this afternoon Governor Abbott spoke and outlined Phase 2 of the “Open Texas” program. The list below describes the new businesses and venues that are already open, those which were allowed to open as of today, those that will be allowed to operate staring this this Friday, and those which will be opening effective May 31st.
