Vehicle crashes into Gino’s Italian Restaurant in Round Rock

Shortly after 5pm Saturday, Round Rock Police & Fire responded to a report of a vehicle crashing into Gino’s Italian Restaurant at 1701 S Mays St. Two people were transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and another 6 people have reported minor injuries. The adult male driver is cooperating and intoxicated driving is not suspected at this time. The investigation is ongoing. There are no road closures but please avoid the area while emergency personnel work the scene.
