Williamson County Sheriff’s office has released a statement regarding an incident on January, 1st

At approximately 8:53 a.m. on January 1, 2024, the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 8000 block of Arezzo Drive outside the City Limits of Round Rock, Texas in response to a report of a shooting. When officers arrived, they discovered a deceased 17-year-old male with an apparent gunshot wound. The decedent was identified as Aundair Bowser of Austin, TX.

A juvenile suspect has been charged with manslaughter.

Due to the underage suspect, no further information is available regarding the case, including the suspect’s identity.
